Task Management

Learn how to use Puree's task management system to stay organised and never miss important follow-ups.

Introduction to Task Management

Puree's task management feature helps you track important activities and follow-ups. You can manually create tasks or let Puree automatically generate them based on your workflow.

Manual Tasks

  1. Navigate to Tasks from the main menu
  2. Click "Add New Task"
  3. Enter task details and description
  4. Set a due date
  5. Assign the task to a team member (optional)
  6. Save the task
  7. Tick off tasks as you complete them

Automated Tasks

Puree can automatically create tasks for common workflows. Configure automated tasks in Settings:

Follow Up on Pending Quotes

Automatically create tasks to follow up on quotes that haven't been accepted within a specified timeframe.

Event Rosters

Create tasks to prepare event rosters a certain number of days before the event.

External Supplier Orders

Generate tasks to place orders with external suppliers ahead of events.

Deposit Reminders

Automatically create tasks to send deposit reminders to customers.

Advance Payment Requests

Set up tasks to request advance payments before events.

Managing Tasks

  • View all tasks in one centralised location
  • Filter tasks by status (pending, completed)
  • Sort by due date to prioritise urgent items
  • Assign tasks to specific team members
  • Add notes and updates to tasks
  • Mark tasks as complete when finished
