The Consolidated Item View provides a summary of all items needed across multiple orders, making it easy to plan production, ordering, and preparation.

Accessing the Consolidated Item View

Navigate to Reports and select Consolidated Item View. You can choose to view items for the next 7 days or the next 4 weeks.

Features of the Consolidated Item View

7-Day Overview

See all menu items, beverages, and equipment needed for the next week. Total quantities are calculated across all orders, helping you identify what needs to be ordered or prepared.

Breakdown by Beverages and Equipment

Items are organised by category, making it easy to see what's needed in each area of your operation.

Four-Week Forecast

Extend your view to see a month ahead, perfect for long-term planning and ordering.

Pending and Accepted Orders

Filter to show only accepted orders, or include pending quotes to see potential requirements.
