Manage Venue Bookings and Charges
If you manage one or multiple venues, Puree includes venue charges inside your catering quotes and manages the reservation calendar.
Venue List and Reservations
The Venues tab lists all venues you manage. Click on a venue to view upcoming and previous reservations. Each venue has its own calendar that syncs with Google Calendar, allowing you to check reservations across all your venues.
Booking Warnings
When creating a booking, the system checks if the venue is already booked for that date and displays a warning if a conflict exists.
Venue Hire in Quotes
Quotes include a Venue Hire section that displays the reservation details. You can also include venue items (such as projectors, cleaning, or stage decks) in the booking. These items appear under the Venue Hire section alongside the reservation and other quote items.
