See possible bookings alongside confirmed work by adding enquiries to your calendar. You can show them in Puree, include them in your connected Google Calendar, or use both options.
Both switches start off. Showing enquiries in Puree does not switch on Google Calendar syncing, and turning on Google syncing does not change your Puree calendar view.

Enquiries have their own pale-purple card with a dashed outline. Each card shows Enquiry - name, with the number of guests (pax) beneath it when recorded. Click a card to open the enquiry.
Only active enquiries and opportunities with an event date appear. Enquiries without a date, closed enquiries and general contact-form messages are left out. Once an enquiry is converted to a quote, its enquiry card is removed so you do not see the same event twice as an enquiry and a quote. The calendar’s venue and tag filters also apply to enquiries.
Your selection is remembered for the current account during your browser session. Switch Show enquiries off whenever you want to focus on orders; this only changes the view and does not delete any enquiries.
An account admin can enable enquiry syncing on your existing Google Calendar connection.
If Google Calendar is not connected yet, click Connect in the Google Calendar section and complete Google’s authorisation and Puree’s setup first.
Active enquiries with an event date are added to the connected calendar. Their titles show Enquiry - name, followed by pax when available. Syncing happens in the background, so allow a little time for the events to appear.
Enquiries appear as all-day events on their event date, even if a start time has been entered in Puree. They are marked Free, because an enquiry is not a confirmed booking. They let you see potential work without blocking that day as busy.
With enquiry syncing enabled, changes to its name, event date or guest count update its Google Calendar event. An enquiry event is removed when the enquiry is converted to a quote, processed, archived or deleted. Enquiries automatically closed as lost after their event date are removed too.
The resulting quote follows the normal order-sync rules. Keep making enquiry changes in Puree; this option sends updates from Puree to Google Calendar.
To stop including enquiries, return to Google Calendar Settings, switch Include enquiries off and click Save Changes. Puree removes the synced enquiry events while leaving your order syncing in place.
Choose either or both to suit how you plan your work. For the full calendar guide, see Calendar & Google Calendar.
