Three ways to pick a template
Pick per quote
Open any order and click Select Quote Template. Tap a card to set it for that one quote. Preview each design first.
Default by order type
Set a default per order type — Delivery only, Staffed event, Customer to collect, etc. Every new quote of that type picks it up automatically.
Default by tag
Map any tag — Wedding, Festival, VIP — to a template. Tagged quotes use that template, regardless of order type.
