Bespoke Quote Templates: Send a Different Quote for Every Kind of Event

A wedding quote and a corporate drop-off quote sell completely differently — one needs to feel romantic and editorial, the other clean and informational. Until now you were stuck with one quote layout for both. With bespoke quote templates you can pick the right look for every event, and let Puree apply it automatically.

A library of templates, picked per event

Open any order and click Select Quote Template. You’ll see a gallery of templates designed for specific event styles:

• Wedding templates — multiple looks, from photo-led editorial to engraved stationery
• Cocktail Party — moody, evening, gold-on-night
• Fine Dining — refined Cormorant serif with bronze accents
• Family Style — warm rustic palette for shared-table events
• Drop Off / Drop & Setup — clean SaaS-style for corporate caterers
• Live Stations — vibrant forest-green & amber for interactive catering
• Corporate — bento-grid information density for office bookings
• Modern — a tasteful default that suits any event

Reorder the gallery to suit how you sell

Drag the six-dot handle on any template card to reorder the list. The order is shared across your team, so the templates you use most appear first.

Defaults that pick the right template for you

Most caterers don’t want to think about which template to use every time. Set defaults once and Puree applies them automatically:

• By order type — every Delivery only quote uses the drop-off template; every Staffed event uses fine dining; etc.
• By tag — every quote tagged “Wedding” uses your wedding template, no matter the order type.

Tag defaults override order-type defaults, and an explicit choice on a particular quote overrides both. So you have a sensible automatic default, with full control when you need it.

How a template is chosen

When you (or a customer) clicks “Customer view” on an order, Puree resolves the template in this order:

1. Explicit template set on the order, if any
2. First tag match in the account’s tag→template map
3. Order type default for that account
4. Standard Quote (the built-in fallback)

A small hint appears next to the template name in the order header — (from tag) or (from order type) — so you can always see why a particular template is in use.

Pricing

The Standard Quote view is included free with every Puree plan. Each bespoke template is a one-off NZD $250 set-up fee to enable it on your account — no per-quote charges after that, send as many as you like.
