A delicious layered dish originating from the Levant region of the Middle East. The word "fatteh" itself means "broken apart" in Arabic, reflecting a key component of the dish: pieces of crispy flatbread! Its beauty lies in the combination of contrasting textures and flavours – the crunchy bread, the creamy tahini garlic yoghurt sauce and the fresh toppings (aubergines/slow cooked lamb or our tasty spiced chicken) all come together to create a satisfying and delicious meal.
