Introducing Customisable Quote Templates in Puree.app

We're excited to introduce our new Customisable Quote Templates feature in Puree.app, designed to help caterers create professional, branded quote presentations that truly reflect their business style and enhance the customer experience.
What are Customisable Quote Templates?
Customisable Quote Templates allow you to present your quotes with a completely different visual design whilst maintaining all the same quote information. Your internal view remains unchanged, but your customers receive beautifully designed, branded quotes that match your business aesthetic.
How Quote Templates Work
Once this feature is enabled for your account, you'll see an additional line under each quote's status showing the selected template. You can choose from available templates for each individual quote:
- Standard Template: Your current quote presentation remains available
- Wedding Template: A pre-designed template perfect for wedding catering
- Bespoke Templates: Completely custom designs created specifically for your business
Template Options Available
Wedding Template
Our pre-designed wedding template offers an elegant presentation perfect for wedding catering quotes. This template can be activated for NZD $500 and provides a professional, romantic aesthetic that appeals to wedding clients.
Bespoke Templates
For caterers wanting a completely unique design, we offer bespoke template creation for NZD $1,000. You must provide the style guide and template design that you want us to copy - we don't offer a design service. Our team will recreate your provided design as a custom template that perfectly matches your brand specifications.

Pricing and Important Considerations
Template Pricing
- Wedding Template: NZD $500 (one-time activation fee)
- Bespoke Template: NZD $1,000 (one-time creation fee)
- Template Updates: NZD $100 per update (e.g., changing photos, content modifications)
Design Requirements: For bespoke templates, you must provide a complete style guide and template design that you want us to recreate. We don't offer design services - our role is to implement your provided design specifications into a functional quote template.
Template Updates: Photos and other content in templates are set during creation and cannot be changed through the app. Any modifications require manual implementation at NZD $100 per update.
Implementation Process: Template creation involves converting your design specifications into a functional template within Puree's quote system, ensuring all your quote data displays correctly in the new format.
