# Puree > Catering management software made by caterers, for caterers: quotes, online ordering, kitchen dockets, driver run sheets, staffing and reports in one connected system. Puree is a multi-tenant web app used by catering companies to run an event from first enquiry to invoice. A caterer builds a menu, sends a designed quote the customer accepts online, takes a deposit through Stripe, and the accepted order flows into chef dockets, driver run sheets, event briefs, staff rosters and an invoice in Xero or QuickBooks. Notes for anyone reading this file programmatically: - Pricing shown on /plans is region-based and resolved from the visitor's country, so a figure fetched from one location is not the price everywhere. Treat /plans as the source. - Append ".md" to a URL in the Product or Pricing sections below to get the same page as markdown instead of HTML — /plans.md, /index.md for the homepage. Pages that offer one also advertise it as a Link: rel="alternate" header. Any other URL given a ".md" suffix redirects to its HTML. - Puree publishes a read-only JSON developer API. See the API section below for the OpenAPI spec. - Customer quote, acceptance and payment URLs (/customer/*, /quote/*, /payment/*) are private. The UUID in the path is the only credential, they are disallowed in robots.txt and they send X-Robots-Tag: noindex.
